What items are returnable?

We accept returns within the following timeframes:

  • Regular items: Return within 30 days of receiving your order

  • Clearance/Discontinued items: Return within 10 days of purchase or delivery

All returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • In original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unused)

  • Clothing must have tags attached and be in original packaging

  • Tights must be in unopened packaging and not tried on

  • Final Sale items, free gifts, and promotional giveaways are not returnable

How do I start a return?

Choose the method based on how you purchased:

  • Online purchases:
